Megalithic.me [Small Channels]

Our "Small Channels" node accepts channels as small as 150,000 sats.

It is well connected to major routing nodes, so you can open a channel with it and then route payments to the rest of the network.

Why does this exist?

Many large routing nodes (including The Megalith Node) enforce minimum channel sizes — typically 1 Million sats or more.

If you try to open a channel that's too small, you'll see an error like:

[lncli] rpc error: code = Unknown desc = received funding error
from [...]: chan_id=[...],
err=chan size of ________ BTC is below min chan size of ______ BTC

The solution is to connect to a node that:

  1. Accepts smaller channels
  2. Is well connected to major routing nodes

That's exactly what the Megalith Small Channels node provides.
